The annual Open Meeting to discuss rules changes for next year will be held at the next regular Council meeting on Monday, November 20th at 7pm at the Red Robin at Factorial Mall.  If you have a change proposal, write it up as language you think should go in the book and bring 10 copies to that meeting so everyone can see it and discuss it.  Voting will be held after all clubs have had a chance to review proposed changes.
