Morning Schedule (Non-Stock Group):

• Site opens: 7:15am
• Registration: 7:30am-8:30am
• Tech Inspection: 7:30am-8:35am
• Mandatory Drivers’ Meeting: 8:45am (Will cover novice worker instructions)
• Cars on course: 9:00am

Afternoon Schedule (Stock Group):

• Registration: 11:30am-12:30pm
• Tech Inspection: 11:30am-12:35pm
• Mandatory Drivers’ Meeting: 12:45pm (Will cover novice worker instructions)
• Cars on course: 1:00pm

As always, times may vary due to fluctuations in the running of the event.

Pre-registration is at http://scorekeeper.wwscc.org/register/ww2013/index and closes on Friday,

May 31st at 4 pm. No pre-payment available.

Important Rules and Information

• No parking on the grass
• No smoking on site
• All trash must be placed in designated bags or removed from the site. If you brought it in, you are responsible for proper disposal of it.
• Animal waste must be removed from the site.
• If your car at any time leaves the paved course surface and makes contact with the grass you will be disqualified and asked to leave.
• Please note that all attendees must sign the release waiver forms before entering the site.
• Minors must co-sign waivers with a parent or guardian.
• Tech Inspection will be per WWSCC Autoslalom Standards section 8.
• Emergency number: 911. Event Chair and Chiefs will have cell phones.

• Pre-registered: $25
• Registration on site: $30
• WWSCC Insurance and rulebook fee (Mandatory if first event of year): $5

Food: Caterer will be available on site for lunch.

Note: Time-Only will be positioned where needed after pre-registration closes, to help balance run group sizes.
