Mary Lee, TorqueSteerers member since 2007 53 Streakers out on course...On Sunday, April 4, there were 53 Streakers out in Shelton, but most had multiple layers on to combat wind, cold, and the occasional rain. Nevertheless, most stuck it through 6 runs each or stopped when it became too wet for slicks. Now, the results are posted at http://scorekeeper.wwscc.org/results/nwde10/1/post. 12 drivers had a Datsun, Nissan, or Infiniti, but many agree that the GTR is the best Datsun ever. :) Many thanks to the drivers who came out to the Northwest Datsun Enthusiasts' first autocross since 2006. Many club members agreed that it was great to see old racing friends (going back to the 70s!) and make new ones. Mary Lee and Randy Ayers. |
